Axioniq is a curated technology directory of AI and ERP websites, operated by Steve Simonson. It is published at axioniq.org. By using the site, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

What the directory is — and is not

Listings are research starting points. They are not an offer to sell software, not professional advice, and not a warranty that a vendor is right for your business.

Third-party listings are written from public product positioning. Vendors change pricing, features, and terms without notice. Always verify details on the vendor’s own site before you buy or implement.

Third-party sites

Profile pages link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or products of those destinations. Clicking “Visit site” takes you off axioniq.org and under that site’s terms.

Network properties (Parsimony, HumanityNow, Catalyst88, and related brands featured on the homepage) are called out separately. They still have their own terms and policies.

No liability for listings

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Steve Simonson and Axioniq are not liable for losses arising from your use of the directory or from any third-party product, service, or site listed here — including missed features, downtime, data loss, or a bad software fit.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links may be commercial or affiliate relationships. A commission does not change our editorial standard: listings stay short and factual. You are not obligated to use any featured or affiliate link.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades service, attempt to break into hosting or ad systems, or use the directory to misrepresent a listing as an official vendor page. Automated access that respects robots.txt is fine.

Intellectual property

Site copy, layout, and the Axioniq name as used here belong to the operator. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and appear for identification only.

Changes

We may change these terms or the directory at any time. The date at the top will update. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
